General Information

RaceTrac has established an Employee Relief Fund to support team members during times of unexpected hardships, such as catastrophic disaster events, and other critical moments. The program will support team members of RaceTrac, Inc. and its family of brands.

The CareTrac Fund is administered by a nonprofit organization, E4E Relief (E4E). E4E oversees the end-to-end grant management, from adjudicating applications to distributing grants. Any award distributed is subject to the terms and conditions set forward by E4E. Awards are based on the extent of hardship, along with submission of valid supporting documents. RaceTrac does not have a role in the determination of grant awards, or the grant selection process.

Contributing to the CareTrac Fund

Team members can make a voluntary one-time or recurring tax-deductible contribution via a payroll deduction. If you wish to contribute, this is a powerful way we can all help provide some much-needed peace of mind for our colleagues during times of uncertainty. Any amount will make a difference.

All administrative expenses will be paid by RaceTrac. Therefore, every penny you contribute will support a teammate during their time of significant need.

Contributions and employee participation is private information and will be kept confidential. Support of the CareTrac Fund is completely voluntary.

Team members can contribute to the CareTrac Fund by setting up a one-time or recurring post-tax payroll deduction in Workday. Recurring contributions can be initiated, changed, or stopped at any time. For instructions on these options, reference Desktop Instructions or Mobile Instructions. E4E will also accept donations via credit card directly on their site.
