Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance provides financial security to you and your family if you pass away or become seriously injured. SSC team members and General Managers receive complimentary Basic Life and AD&D insurance through Sun Life, fully paid for by RaceTrac.
Optional Life and AD&D and Dependent Life
All eligible team members can purchase additional Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance from Sun Life for themselves and their eligible dependents.
If a newly hired team member elects to waive Voluntary Life and AD&D during their new hire enrollment period, Evidence of Insurability (EOI) will be required for future enrollment.
Disability Insurance
If you’re unable to work, the thought of covering the costs of daily living coupled with the expenses associated with a disability can be overwhelming. Full-time RaceTrac employees can purchase disability insurance plans from Sun Life for added peace of mind.
Short-Term Disability Insurance (STD)
You can purchase STD to help protect your finances should an unexpected event occurs.
Long-Term Disability Insurance (LTD)
You can purchase LTD to help protect your finances over a longer period.
