Available to RaceTrac employees enrolled in medical coverage.

Talk to a licensed mental health expert of your choice by phone or video, 7 days a week, from the privacy of your home.

How it works:

  1. Register here, and fill out a brief medical history
  2. Choose the mental health expert who’s right for you
  3. Schedule a visit for a day and time that fits your schedule

  • Gold: 85% paid by Plan after deductible is met
  • Silver and Bronze: 80% paid by Plan after deductible is met

Take a Mental Health Navigator quiz! Take inventory of your mental wellbeing – complete an anonymous and confidential survey. Get immediate results with a personalized report that measures your overall wellbeing and recommends care options. If you are interested, you can proceed by receiving support and access to a licensed clinician, coaching services, self-guided resources and more care recommendations.
  1. Select the Check your emotional fitness button on your home page and begin!
Flash Courses: These 7-10 minute videos, called flash courses, that are available on demand. Each one provides tips, tools and techniques to help you address a specific concern.
  1. Scroll down to the Self-guided activities section.
  2. Select Flash Courses to begin.
Animo Modules: Animo is a digital behavioral health platform that provides resources to help improve your emotional fitness and wellbeing. Access the platform through SupportLinc.

  2. Select Animo to register for an Animo account and begin.
Complete a Mindstream session: Mindstreams are a collection of 5-minute video sessions covering the same subject, allowing you to engage more deeply with a topic. For example, feeling self-conscious lately? Watch the “Confidence and Self-Esteem” Mindstream that contains 5 videos amounting to a total of 21 minutes. For this specific
stream, each session guides you on how to cultivate a strong sense of self-worth to enhance personal wellbeing and success. Browse a variety of topics and complete one that resonates with you.
