We’ve all heard that if you fail to plan, then you can plan to fail, right? By putting yourself first and prioritizing your wellbeing, you can expect way more than feeling better!

There are so many things I already do like physical check-ups, cancer screenings and vaccines that earned Wellness Points and saved me money in the long run. The UMR app has Personal Challenges that also earn me points and encourage me to be healthier!

Take It A Step Further
RaceTrac’s Human Resources department came up with a great way to promote healthy habits with some friendly competition. Using the free Step-Up app, these team members are competing to see who can log the most steps each day, taking the wellness of themselves and their team a step further!
The StepUp challenge started because so many of us spend our days sitting, heads down in meetings or behind screens. It’s amazing how a simple step count can turn into a daily motivator and the creation of Wellness Warriors, a group that’s all about encouraging each other to move more and feel better!

You can download the Step-Up app and start logging your steps today!
Note: This is a simple way to incorporate healthy habits on your team. Participation is not mandatory.
