Your 2026 benefits are now active!
Your new benefits became effective January 1, 2026!

2026 Premium Holiday
In 2026, there will be 27 bi-weekly pay periods and 53 weekly pay periods – one more than in a typical year. Because of this, employees will experience a premium holiday at the end of the year, meaning one paycheck where no benefit premiums (excluding 401(k) contributions) are deducted.
2026 401(k) Contribution
Limits have been updated:
- Employee elective deferral limit: $24,500
- Catch-up contributions (age 50+): $8,000
- Super catch-up (ages 60-63): $11,250
NEW! SECURE 2.0 Updates
Individuals aged 50 or older with 2025 FICA wages over $150,000 will be required to make catch-up contributions as Roth (after-tax).

Your dependent’s coverage will automatically terminate on the last day of their birthday month.
Next steps if you are turning 26…
When you turn 26, you age out of coverage under a parent or guardian’s health plan. Coverage usually ends at the end of your birthday month; check your SDP for specifics. That loss of coverage triggers a Qualified Life Event (QLE), which means you can enroll in RaceTrac benefits outside of Open Enrollment. Enroll in RaceTrac benefits in Workday within 30 days of losing coverage. Learn more about Making Changes.
Good news! You can still use your 2025 FSA funds, see deadlines below
Our plan includes a 2.5-month grace period. Expenses incurred January 1, 2025, to March 15, 2026, can be reimbursed from your 2025 FSA.
2025 FSA claims must be submitted by March 31, 2026 – any funds remaining after this date will be forfeited.

By earning points and meeting program requirements, you can receive a medical premium discount for the 2027 plan year.
