Changes for 2026:
-
Enhanced Virtual Care for medical plan participants through One-to-One health, offering 24/7 access to a dedicated team of providers, all at no cost to the participant.
-
Access to a team of experts with FEDlogic who can provide team members and their households information and guidance on state and federal benefits programs for which they may be eligible.
-
Updates to our pharmacy benefit, giving team members access to fill specialty prescription drugs at little to no cost.
These changes were made with our team members in mind and with the goal of supporting their physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. Be sure to make your benefits elections during the Annual Benefits Open Enrollment period, which ends on November 10, 2025. All changes will take effect on January 1, 2026.
Who is Eligible?
If you’re wondering whether you are eligible to receive certain benefits, refer to page 4 in our Benefits Guide! You can also enroll your spouse or eligible dependents in plans for which you are eligible. Dependents are defined as natural and adoptive children, stepchildren and children from whom you have been named legal guardian. Your dependents are covered for benefits through the end of the month in which they turn 26 (different guidelines apply for those who are disabled). Only legal spouses are eligible.
Adding a New Dependent?
You must upload a copy of legal documentation (birth certificate, marriage certificate, adoption papers, etc.) for each new dependent. Please have the documents ready before you start enrolling. If this is not complete, your dependent benefits will not be processed.
